Come visit the Honors & Scholars Program at Miami and see the difference for yourself. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally on the day of your campus visit.   We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Honors & Scholars Events for ACCEPTED students:

Students who have been accepted to the Honors & Scholars Program at Miami should attend an event specifically designed for accepted students. We have organized special sessions that will allow you to learn more about the exciting opportunities that await you at Miami University.We offer 2 options:

  1. Honors & Scholars Overnight Visits: These events allow accepted H&S students to learn more about the benefits and requirements of the Honors & Scholars Program, spend the night in an Honors & Scholars residence hall, participate in special programs and social activities with current Honors & Scholars students, and explore Miami's campus and Uptown Oxford.   2. Accepted H&S Student Information Sessions: These information sessions are held in conjunction with accepted student events hosted by the Office of Admission.
    • DESTINATION MIAMI: Students attending “Destination Miami” (on March 10, March 28 or March 31) do not need to register for an Honors & Scholars information sessions. A meeting with representatives from the Honors & Scholars Program will be included in your Destination itinerary.
    • DISCOVER MIAMI: Students attending “Discover Miami” (on February 18, March 14, March 24, April 4 or April 11) can register for a 2:00pm Honors & Scholars information session by completing the form below.

Honors & Scholars Events for PROSPECTIVE students:

For students considering applying to college, we offer daily Honors & Scholars information sessions which occur either before or after your campus tour.  At that time you will meet with an Honors & Scholars staff member and a current H&S student. They will give you more information about what our program offers and, answer any questions you may have. To register for one of our information sessions, please fill out the form below.
