What surprised me most about
college...
I think
the thing that suprised me most about college life is the amount
of decisions you are forced to make on your own. From what dining
hall to attend to when to awake and whether to make your bed or
vaccum your room; it is simple things like this that suddenly become
everyday decisons you must make on your own without the guidance
of those back home. Although these decisions will not define your
first year at Miami, they are crucial is your transition form a
high schooler to a college student.

My Advice for
a High School Senior:
"Make a list of all
types of schools, research them, and find 5 that you think
fit you the best! Make sure you visit each school! They can
be very different in real life! Lastly, pick a college that
fits you the best!"
