1. PRIORITY SCHEDULING - Get the classes you need for graduation
at the times you want them! This helps with filling all of your
requirements without any added stress.
2. LIVING COMMUNITIES - Meet people who want all that Miami has
to offer, both academically and socially. With all types of personalities,
life in the Honors dorms is never boring and you are sure to have
your best source of study partners right down the hall!
3. SMALL CLASS SIZES - Be able to truly interact and form connections
with your classmates and professors. Often in discussion-based formats,
Honors classes allow you to go more extensively into subjects and
form your own opinions in an open environment.

My Advice for
a High School Senior:
"If I were to give
advice to a high school senior preparing for college, it would
be to find the school where YOU are the most comfortable –
both academically and socially. There are many opportunities
for success at any university; however, pick the one where
you can be yourself and feel like you are coming home each
time you arrive on campus."
